Loch Cluanie is long narrow loch running west east from the head of Glen Shiel, one of the upper reservoirs of the Garry-Moriston hydroelectric scheme. Cluanie Inn, shown above, near the head of the Loch, is a favourite haunt of weary climbers and walkers.
